We are so glad you are interested in applying to Freedom Academy. The guide below is designed to walk you through each step of the admissions and enrollment process. After reviewing this information, let us know if you have any questions.

The Application Process

Step 1: Apply Online

Contact our office at: to inquire about your child's grade availability for the 2022-2023 school year. If full, we will be happy to add you to our waitlist for the following year.

  • Non-refundable $85 application fee for the first child.
  • Non-refundable $55 application fee for each additional child in a family.

Complete the Freedom Academy online application by clicking on the “Apply now” button. 

Step 2: Family Interview

  • Complete and return the Parent Questionnaire which will be emailed to you upon receiving your application submission.


  • Most recent report card and ALL transcripts. *Please note that unofficial copies are acceptable for the purposes of admissions. If a child is accepted into Freedom Academy, our school will request official records from the applicant’s school(s). 
  • Most recent standardized test scores/End of Grade test scores, if applicable.
  • Any and ALL behavior/incident reports
  • Any documentation pertaining to your child's learning needs (IEP, 504, medical documentation of diagnosis, etc.)

1st-8th grade applicants: 

Upon completion of Step 1 above, you will be contacted by a member of our team to schedule your Family Interview.

The following supplemental materials are required to be submitted prior to your
Family Interview.

PreK3 students must turn 3 on or before September 1 of the academic year in which they are enrolling and be potty trained.
Kindergarten students must turn 5 on or before September 1 of the academic year in which they are enrolling

You must schedule a Family Interview with our team in order to be considered for enrollment at Freedom Academy. Parents and students MUST both attend.

Step 3: Enroll

  • Signed enrollment contract
  • Pay Student Deposit to reserve your spot for the 2023-2024 academic year. This non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your first month's tuition.

Once Freedom Academy has received and reviewed your child's pertinent documentation and completed your Family Interview, our Founders will prayerfully make an enrollment decision.

Admission decisions will be communicated by email within 60 days of your Family Interview.

Upon admission, families must confirm their enrollment for the fall by completing all of our enrollment requirements below. This required information must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your admission approval in order to reserve your spot.

Our programs and curriculums are designed to meet the needs of students who are average to above average in ability and achievement. However, our staff is accommodating to children with unique learning needs.
