Contact our office at: office@freedomacademypats.com to inquire about your child's grade availability for the 2022-2023 school year. If full, we will be happy to add you to our waitlist for the following year.
Upon completion of Step 1 above, you will be contacted by a member of our team to schedule your Family Interview.
The following supplemental materials are required to be submitted prior to your
Family Interview.
PreK3 students must turn 3 on or before September 1 of the academic year in which they are enrolling and be potty trained.
Kindergarten students must turn 5 on or before September 1 of the academic year in which they are enrolling
You must schedule a Family Interview with our team in order to be considered for enrollment at Freedom Academy. Parents and students MUST both attend.

Once Freedom Academy has received and reviewed your child's pertinent documentation and completed your Family Interview, our Founders will prayerfully make an enrollment decision.
Admission decisions will be communicated by email within 60 days of your Family Interview.
Upon admission, families must confirm their enrollment for the fall by completing all of our enrollment requirements below. This required information must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your admission approval in order to reserve your spot.
